Martha's cottage was a charming, comfortable place in an idyllic setting to wake up christmas morning. Lynette is a true kiwi hostess, getting us information about christmas events in murchison. We enjoyed learning about dairy cow farm life and milking. Also, the people of murchison are so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at martha's cottage. Thanks for a memorable stay!.

Words can not explain how amazing this beautiful, and peaceful cottage is!!! if you want somewhere to relax and unwind in a perfect landscape this is the cottage for you. Perfect for people looking for the great kiwi hospitality away from hustle and bustle of tourist parks and motels definitely 5 star!!!! .

We arrived late at night en route to Golden Bay at this very comfortable home from home. What a pleasure to have a good night's sleep and wake up in an idyllic valley with contented cows grazing in nearby paddocks. Thanks Lynette, hopefully we will be back next year in time to enjoy the sunset at Martha Cottage!

Nothing short of amazing! The spectacular views, the cozy, comfortable cottage, the very sweet hosts and the animals combined to make our stay much more than we could have imagined. Came for one night, stayed two...plan on going back again and bringing the whole family! Thanks for everything!
