COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS HOLIDAY HOME WITH PANORAMIC WATER VIEWS
Perfectly situated up a quiet private drive overlooking Raglan Harbour to the North and the Inner Harbour to the East, this 3-bedroomed family house is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Raglan and the town Beach, and a five minute drive from the surfing beaches.
FACILITIES AND AMENITIES:
Sleeps up to 7. Spectacular harbour views from deck, lounge, kitchen and master bedroom. Lawned garden area all around the house.
Main bedroom has a queen bed and water views to East. Second bedroom has a double and a single bed. Third bedroom has a single and a small single bed. Bed settee in living area or foldaway child bed also available. Bed linen and towels provided.
Well-equipped kitchen suitable for full self-catering. Electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Spacious open plan living area with French doors opening onto wrap-around deck with panoramic water views to North and East. Extending dining table in kitchen area. Large table and benches on deck for outside dining. BBQ
Wireless Internet access available, also TV/DVD/VCR. (Bring your own SKY decoder if you want more).
Heat pump to living area. Plus electric radiators available for winter heating. Washing machine.
This is great value accommodation for central Raglan and especially suitable for young families or groups. (Please note we have a second smaller property next door and can accommodate groups of up to 11 across both properties).

excellent holiday place - suited us fine.
It was a good place to stay, there were seven of us and room for sll. Especially enjoyed the little balcony for breakfast in the morning Great to not have to worry about taking linen with us and not even have to strip the beds. Thanks again.
