PEACEFUL SELF-CONTAINED APARTMENT IN TRADITIONAL RAGLAN BACH.
Secluded and sunny location with wonderful water views. Up a quiet private drive, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Raglan and the town beach, and a five minute drive from the surfing beaches. Lounge and bedroom opening onto decks with wonderful views of Raglan Harbour to the North and the Inner Harbour to the East.
FACILITIES AND AMENITIES:
The apartment sleeps up to 4, with a double bedroom, twin-bedded lounge, kitchenette area and bathroom with shower.
The lounge has a rollaway guest bed which converts either to one queen-sized bed or two singles. Kitchenette has an induction hob, mini-oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, and is suitable for preparing snacks and small meals.
Wireless Internet access is available, also SKY TV (free to air) and a DVD player. BYO SKY decoder if you want more.
Heat pump to living area. Plus electric convector for winter heating. Washing-machine.
This is great value accommodation for central Raglan and ideal for a couple or small family group.(Please note we have another larger property next door and can accommodate groups of up to 11 across both properties).

We had a lovely time at kent homestay and would recommend it. The house is clean, tidy and comfortable. From the deck you could see the water and the house is close to all amenities and a short walk to town. A very nice place to stay!.

We were privileged to stay at Kent Homestay bach appartment. It was exactly the kind of place we wanted for a relaxing break away: tranquil, cosy, quiet, and yet close to town and the harbour and with all the facilities needed. Rick & his wife are really kind and helpful hosts. We would have loved to stay longer :-)
