Booked three rooms in my booking for two other people traveling in my party. Ibis only had one booking on my arrival and did not even follow instructions not to put me in a twin room. Staff behind counter did not handle the situation will and all told it took over 45 minutes at check in to sort the problem. The only saving grace being that i had a printed copy of my booking to confirm it was actually three rooms i booked. Had to have my employer involved to finally get the three rooms and bed configurations requested. Okay in the end we got supplied breakfast but how the staff handled the problem was not good. Clearly ibis do not handle bookings from travel bug correctly or even read your booking requests. Be very careful booking on travel bub and booking at an ibis anywhere not just ellerslie. .

Wonderfully helpful staff with great check in/check out skills. Very helpful in every way. Handy to city and off ramps to head north or south.
