Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Everything was amazing with the room & the breakfast & well worth the money. Only commet was the lack of communication between trivago/travelbug & the hilton - we had paid for breakfast when we booked but the hilton had only recieved notification of room payment so we had to pay again for the breakfast.

Was not happy when they tried to make us pay twice for a room upgrade. $19 the first time to go "higher" & $55 the second for a "view". I was under the understanding that the $55 upgrade would have had the $19 included in it- that was what the travelbug email lead us to believe a few days before we arrived. The second thing was in the travelbug email it stated that parking would be $30, but was infact $35. Only small money but its the principal & all these small extra charges add up. No free wifi was disappointing. The room tired & worn...not what i wouldve expected for 5 stars.
