You are welcomed by a friendly, helpful reception, we have stayed 3 times now at the heritage and that speaks for itself. I would encourage other intending visitors to try for themselves. It is close to everything that guests love to explore. Full marks!!.

Great stay at the heritage auckland. Bed was so comfy, the best buffet breakfast! nice friendly staff. Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop pool. Great location short walk to queen street. Only thing we were missing was a balcony off our room. But overall we were very happy with our stay. Thanks :).

Had a great night at the heritage, we booked in and then went for a long walk around the city centre, enjoyed our meal and found the staff exceptionally friendly and efficent, would come again. Neil.

Great staff, great service, great breakfast (we will be back if only for that), great roof top pool, very comfy beds we were very well looked after and will be back to stay again very clean and welcoming hotel and great value for money. Many thanks heritage staff.

Wonderful staff could not do enough to make out stay a special one, spotless clean room with a bed that is the comfiest i have slept on in years we will be going back to this hotel wonderful value for money and the breakfast is out of this world many many thanks to the staff team at the heritage you made our stay a great one. .
