Clean, comfortable and with good parking. Very convenient for us as we were only one evening Wellington - this was easy enough to find and very easy to find SH1 North from here. Also it was only a few minutes walk from Cuba Street where we had a lovely meal in a quirky bar restaurant called the Laundry

Staff were friendly, our room was certainly dated but comfortable, on the cuba st side so noise wasn't an issue. (apart from the water system made an incredible noise when refilling the toilet cistern!) i agree about the parking - we had a station wagon that definitely didn't fit into some of the parks. So close to town though and that's why we booked here. Would stay here again maybe - for it's convenience factor only.
