Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Hotel stay was convenient to the wedding venue we were attending. The breakfast was ok, my husband wasn't happy about paying the full amount as they had run out of the bacon and eggs, cooked breakfast etc. Wouldn't eat here for breaky again, the price didn't suit the food availability.

Very convenient - super close to hamilton airport. Fantastic that carparking is available at the hotel while away. Room was clean and comfortable. Helpful service from reception and good service from the onsite restaurant. .

I wasn't going to write a review for this place as I am uncomfortable with bad reviewing but I am startled to see that it rates very highly! I can't let anyone else book a room here without warning them that there are much, much, nicer places in Hamilton to stay for similar prices. We should have been warned by the fact that we were the only people in the entire complex when we arrived but I was still quite shocked by the poor standard of the rooms. Everything was very old, scratched, marked, and smelled of damp & disinfectant. It's the first time I have ever asked for my money back rather than stay at a hotel. The reception staff were pretty nice about it but insisted I view another room (which was exactly the same!) and the whole thing was really uncomfortable & sad. They returned our deposit though, which was a relief.
