Furnishings dated, had a grubby feel. Kitchen floor was sticky, spa pool had dirty marks. No couch or chairs in lounge area, just divan beds to sit on. Toilet constantly ran, bathroom fittings old. Only good thing was comfortable double bed. So much choice for accommodation in rotorua, my advice go elsewhere.

Didn't end up staying. Found the room very shabby with very old, ripped furniture. Old wooden side table with stains etc. You could say you get what you pay for - however for only a few extra dollars we had a night at a 4+ star hotel. .

Was very disappointed first got put in the wrong room got to the next room to find that only 3 out of 4 beds had been made up with blankets so had to find some it the cubit . There were a few fire hazards heater dripping water the heated towel rail half hang off the wall and was left on ect . The carpet was so worn you could see under it and the chairs look like a cat had been scratched at them all and they were so unconformable just like the beds . The spa if you could call it that was unclean and it was mean to be a courtyard what a joke not courtyard that a dirt room with a dirty spa only end up staying the night because the kids were so tidy but never again . It said there was ment to be a pool and mini golf there turn out it at there other hole down the road so that was very misleading . Dont stay here it not worth it u can pay less and get a nice clean room down the road that what we did but this did not put as off our holiday .
