All was great - nothing above or below what was expected, BUT I had left my credit card and eftpos card on the table in the room after going for a run, and checked out leaving it behind. I had a call from the staff that day to let me know, and they arranged to send it back to me that day. Phew

Friendly staff ,excellent location 2 mins walk to bus stop.clean quiet with excellent harbour views.great indian restaurant next door and 24 hour convenience store across the road.would stay again.

Staff were nice, room was ok, bathroom needs a bit of maintenance, however noise from trucks dropping off glass all night led to very little sleep. I wont be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in wellington. Grand mercure wellington central city apartments proved to be an ideal hotel at which to stay as it was central for all that we had planned. The studio although small was adequate for our purposes. The staff on reception were friendly but professional and looked after us well. Thank you travelbug.
