Fenworth bed and breakfast is located on the Rangitaiki river just ten minutes from Whakatane.
Wayne and Alison, your hosts, love sharing their new home which sits on the banks of the picturesque river. We have a private jetty with lovely picnic spots to sit and enjoy the restful atmosphere.
Thornton Beach, which is a popular fishing beach, is just 4 kilometres away.
The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with king sized bed, TV, tea and coffee facilities and your own bathroom.
A continental breakfast is available.

We stayed with Wayne & Alison for two days on the Queens Birthday weekend (only having booked one day initially). Arriving late we were warmly greeted by our hosts and shown to our superb room in our private wing of the house. The location is tranquil surrounded by fields, right next to the river and only a short drive to Whakatane. The room is very spacious and well appointed with a comfortable king size bed and private French doors leading outside. The en-suite bathroom was spacious with a nice power shower. The room was warm and comfortable, with the very cold winter nights. Joining our hosts on both mornings, we enjoyed our continental breakfast (with homemade bread). We would definitely stay again.
