Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:As with other guest reviews, very disappointed at the state of this place.it has a great location - but that's all. The grounds are overrun, basic maintenance woefully lacking ( broken security latches on windows, 50% of light bulbs blown etc). No facilities/ brushes/ cloths in our studio unit for cleaning bench or dishes (had to have reception person take those away to wash)...after he suggested i do them in the small bathroom sink. Microwave worked - but no cooking containers provided. After being out all day, arrived back to find no housekeeping had been done - bin still full / wet towels still on shower floor despite the guest manual (also out of date) stating that all of this would be refreshed daily. When questioned reception's response was that "they are only a small motel and don't clean every day"!... Suggestion: stay away until this establishment employs capable and responsible management. Best aspect - the japanese restaurant upstairs is superb!.

Very disappointing stay,i stayed a total of 2 nights, and i needed late check in of 1 am, was told a key would be left out, but when i got there, no key was left out. Also the shower handle was duct taped to the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom wall where someone had put there first though. The pillow cases had someone elses makeup on them, tea, coffee etc were not "refreshed" daily, nor were the towels, someone was parked in my designated spot the duration of my stay, i will not be returning here, nor will i recommend to others.

Thought this place was fine for cheap accommodation. From the outside it looks pretty rough, but the room was spacious,clean and light. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

We were looking for budget accommodation and that really was what we got. Very friendly and helpful staff, absolutely no complaints there. But, really was not up to standard - even for budget. We probably would not choose to stay again, just too grimy around the edges :(.
