Overall good
Good service, except we were stuck at Anakiwa for ages as we made the mistake of turning up at 10:30am - would be nice to know there's no facilities there!

Fantastic Service
I booked for a large group to walk the QCT. Due to injury I was on crutches and unable to walk it. The crew were really good at getting me on and off the boat safely. Geoff also rang ahead to our accommodation to arrange for a special pick up for me. They even agreed to a late pick up at the end of the walk because we had some slow walkers ( at no extra charge!) ... but luckily the whole group was at Anikawa when the boat came in at its regular time, so he didn't have to make the extra trip. Once back in Picton, Geoff generously arranged to have all our bags taken to the Gateway Motel. The boat ride was pleasant and scenic, the crew were happy to tell us stories about the area.
