With 35 Units just over 1 Km from the centre of town and walking distance to the Stadium Manawatu, it is the preferred choice for sports teams and spectators to the myriad of events held in Palmerston North each year.
The Heated Indoor Swimming Pool is a great attraction for the kids and parents alike and is now heated to 29 degrees, or relax in our Spa Pool heated to 39 degrees.
When finished in the pool many of our guests enjoy table tennis (FREE!), a game of pool (charges apply), or even a game of darts in our adjacent games room.
We have Sky Digital in every unit and our 1 Bedroom Executive Units each have their own Spa Pools for added privacy. Some of the Family units also have indoor-spas for the whole family to enjoy!
Chargeback is available from many of Palmerston North's Restaurants making meals easy and giving you more time to relax

Called in after normal hours for an overnight in PM as access to Wellington was not possible. What a great service from exceptional staff with a genuine and welcoming smile. The recommendation was proven to be perfect and I too would recommend 'The Villas' once again warm welcome and great hospitality.

Was a really nice place, run by friendly management. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa pool and the kids enjoyed swimming in the heated indoor pool. Heaps of space to kick around and relax in the motel room.
