Given summer heat and proximity to hot pools - aircon would've allowed us to close the balcony doors and tipped experience into 5 stars. Overall great experience and superb value for money. Good experience in total. Friendly staff and good spa pools. Only the room was very warm and airless to stay in due to no air conditioning, but the fun works well. Needs an upgrade. .

Limited exposure to staff on this overnite, but front office young woman extremely versatile and helpful, both at check in and out. Room good and comfortable, all i could require available. Shall stay again. Rgds.
