We had a great stay at Deacon's Court. Jo, our host, was friendly, approachable and happy to share local knowledge about things to do and see in the area. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom a little small but clean and lots of hot water. Some toiletries (shampoo, etc.) in the bathroom would have been nice. Room wasn't serviced the next day but we didn't really mind that. Breakfast was huge - 3 choices of cereal, yoghurt and a bowl of wonderful local fresh fruit, full cooked breakfast, served in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Fantastic
Dunedin needed thermals but Deacon Court definitely didn't. It was appealing to the eye with it's charm and welcoming décor. The rooms where large, beds comfortable, bathroom clean and breakfast delicious. The host was very accommodating, informative and friendly and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
