Set a very high benchmark
This property has everything. FANTASTIC location, great proprietors, and very good facilities. It has set a very high benchmark for our reviews of other properties in similar price range. Stayed 4 nights. It was like having a holiday within our NZ holiday. Sorry to all those New Zealanders who would like to keep this property a secret - but we are highly recommending it to anyone we meet, and who is travelling to Rotorua.
