Discover the spirit for yourself as you peel back the layers of your hectic lifestyle, wander on the secluded black sand beach or expansive lawns, lose yourself in the everchanging sea views, or find yourself in our tranquil sunken garden.
Our property offers a magnificent panorama of the Tasman Sea, lush gardens, and manicured lawns with access to a secluded North Taranaki beach. All our accommodation options have stunning sea views and private gardens.
Access to the beach is down 100 steps through the bush and past lots of little hidden treasures. The black sand beach is usually secluded, has safe swimming and is great for surf casting. The reef is exposed at low tide and is fun for exploring. Warm tide pools are plentiful.
Choose to stay in one of our private villas or alternatively one of our beautifully appointed self contained units opening out to gardens and sea views.

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:What a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was clean and each cottage was very private. The owners had thought of everything you may need for your stay including a torch if you were wanting to take a night stroll down to the secluded beach. The views of the sea were amazing. There was even a sunken garden to investigate. It was a lovely romantic getaway isolated from the world. I would recommend this place for romantic nights away; a great wedding venue or just to sit and relax away from all the bustle of life. Thanks very much! .
