Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay here. We were shocked with the rude response we received upon arrival. We had brought two ten year olds to stay with us on the sofa bed. The website clearly states the suite sleeps four and additional people pay $20 extra a night. I am surprised two ten year olds would be such an inconvenience, and were told, 'oh well you're here now'! not an ideal welcome after a four hour car journey! our room did not have the massage shower we had been promised. The tennis courts are an additional cost despite being listed as a feature. Rubbish wasn't cleared and we had to request new towels. Despite this the room was clean and quite nice.

My wife and i were very pleased with our unit and also the lovely reception we got from hannah when we arrived. The motel was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted and expected.we loved our stay and most certainly will be back when we need accomodation in coromandel.

Room wasn't serviced while we were away during the day so had to use old towels again at night, rubbish wasn't cleared away and the bed wasn't made either. Didn't see the owners the whole time, even when i went to return the key. Bit of a let down since the room was actually quite nice.

Lovely & clean accommodation the thing that was missing during our stay was we were not offered clean towels or for the room to be serviced.. Our stay was for two nights/ 3 days.
