Corbett House B and B is a beautiful historic home in the village of Hikutaia - 10 minutes drive from Paeroa and 20 minutes drive from Thames . Great for couples and small groups cycling the Hauraki Rail Trail that would prefer a more rural location to stay.

We are available for guests to stay or as a venue for small group functions .Ideal venue for photo opportunities or private business groups.

Our entire upstairs wing is for our guests use . There are 3 x queen size bedrooms - 2 x with a shared guest bathroom ( $150 per night per couple ) and 1 x with and ensuite ( $ 175 per night per couple ). For a single person the rate is $ 90 per night .

Downstairs we have a large billiard / libraray room - full size playing table - with a cosy fire for the winter . Guests can also access Freeview TV , DVDs and CDs in this lounge .Outdoor pool for the summer months.

Your continental breakfast is served buffet style in our formal dining room and at a time that suits you . Checkout is a leisurely 11 am.

Tea and coffee is provided 24/7 as well as home baking treats.

Corbett House is set on 2 1/2 acres of gardens and paddocks which guests are invited to explore at their leisure.

Included in our nightly tariff of $ 90 per single or $150 to $ 175 per couple sharing a queensize room ,is a continental breakfast featuring fresh preserves from our orchard. GST is also included in our rate.

Dinners are available from the Pioneer Tavern Monday to Saturday 5 pm to 9 pm . Bookings preferred.Ph 07 862 4730. This tavern is a 2 minute walk from Corbett House.

As we have livestock in our paddocks and are bordered by a river , young children do need to be well supervised . A portacot and highchair is available if required for young guests.
