Coachman Motor Inn has 19 modern, spacious clean units with 18 of them having built in large spas. Executive and family units are ground level and studio units upstairs.
We are right on the doorstep of many of New Zealand's premier activities: trout and fly fishing, mountain biking, rafting, golf, zorb ball, jet boating, 4 wheel driving, bungy jumping and many, many more.

A few things went wrong during my stay: 1. They put me into a room that was much smaller and cheaper than i had pre-paid for. They did move me to a bigger room when i complained - but it still wasn't the actual room i had paid for. 2. The advertise free newspapers - but when i asked for this - they said i would have to pay. It would only be the "local" paper that was free. There were no local papers delivered that weekend. 3. I especially asked for off-street parking when i made the booking. I came home lateish on the saturday night to find my park (and all but 1 other park in the complex taken) turns out they had directed another guest to park in my park that night! the car park markings were so faint they were almost illegible. 4. The skytv stopped working in my unit at midnight on the saturday, and wasn't working the next night either. To be fair i didn't get a chance to tell them about that so they didn't know to fix it. But it shouldn't have stopped in the first place.

Very comfortable unit
Enjoyed my three night stay. Unit comfortable and serviced daily. Well set up with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Exceeded expectations.

Enjoyed our stay for a second time. People are very friendly, and i loved their cute dog millie (wanted to take her home with me). All facilities that you would need, clean and tidy, with good service. Thanks again see you next year for mip. Carole and nigel from gisborne.

An excellent place, very comfortable and spacious. We had trouble with a laptop and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Really appreciated the personal spa tub! definitely the place to stay in rotorua.
