A slow stroll up the valley will take you to the Gondola, where you ascend the steep slope of the Porthills to the top, and be impressed by the breath-taking view over-looking Lyttelton harbour and its turquoise waters on a sunny day. The idyllic seaside resort village of Sumner is only 10 minutes drive away. There is plenty to do in and around Heathcote Valley!
