Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Beautiful country stay
We had a great time on the farm, the kids loved looking for eggs for breakfast and cuddling the sheep, especially Molly. My favourite was Angel the goat. Great hosts and comfy beds with all essentials to make it truly homely, would definately stay again.

Great place; owned and run by lovely people and located in a wonderful area. Good wine area and lots to do around Masterton. Would highly recommend this property.

In april we arrived from guam cairns gold coast to a cold 1 degree day. Really worried the lovely old house would not insulate us but with electric blankets ( i thought those were extinct) woke next morning pleasantly surprised and toasty. The boys 2 and 5 started shedding layers of clothes and 2 days later were toe deep in sheep poo. The wife was horrified but they loved it. I am more familiar with coromandel farm life but safe to say farms from north to south nz are pretty much the same. Old with character, some things work great and some like a slow shower you improvise and settle for long hot bath instead. Best part is there is always another adventure around the corner. .
