Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:We choose this studio unit through Travelbug recently and stayed for 1 very cold afternoon and night, the next day was frighfully cold as well. We are pleased to report that our stay was most enjoyable. The heating was adequite and the room was plenty warm enough in such cold outdoor conditions. The bed was very comfortable, usually when we stay in motels for 1 night we find we never sleep the best, however on this stay we had one of our best sleeps in ages and couldn't help but comment about how quiet the unit was,especially for its age, there wouldn't have been double glazing and it was very centrally located on a corner, we were sure it was going to be noisy. We were very surprised and would happily go and stay again. Found the spa pool most enjoyble and our room service cooked breakfast very good. We have already recommended these motels as good value for the money to other friends and family. Not flash by any means but very comfortable and reasonably priced. Thanks again.

I enjoyed the accommodation. The lady at reception was quite rude though. She did not smile in the 3 encounters we had. They should also include in their add that soap nor bubble bombs should be used in their spa pool/bath. I was also concerned when the lady informed me that they now have to empty the bath because of the bubbles. Does this mean they only replace the water after how many users? I have since looked on the internet and would not return to Burwood in future. There are better places, where one would feel more welcome in Wanganui. It was much better the previous time we stayed at Burwood.
