Set 50 metres from the main house on a 2 acre lifestyle block will ensure your peace and privacy. However we are happy to give personalised advice on what to do in the area on your holiday.
Enjoy a spot of trout fishing at the lake, play golf at the Hamurana Golf Course or visit beautiful Hamurana Springs all within easy walking distance.
Enjoy a warm welcome from the many farm animals & domestic pets.Collect free range eggs and hand feed the sheep.
This cottage is centrally situated only 15 minutes drive from Rotorua and 45 minutes from Tauranga.
Rooms and facilities
This spacious and tastefully decorated cottage can sleep five. The separate bedroom has a queen sized bed, electric blanket, plenty of storage space as well as a fold out single bed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher for self catering.
Continental Breakfast provisions include free range eggs and homemade bread, as well as complementary tea and coffee provided.

Warm country hospitality
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with its warm welcome and cozy cottage. As city people it was quite an experience to be able to look out and see the cute baby lambs roaming around outside. The freshly baked breakfast provisions every day were a treat. We highly recommend Broekhaven Cottage.

Modern clean and comfortable with all the facilities that we could need.
The accommodation was of a very high standard, was very modern and plush, and had a lovely feel. Our daughter loved feeding the animals and being around all the animals. The hosts were great and were so lovely to come and get our daughter for all the animal feeding times.
