Located on the Central Paihia Waterfront, only a three minute walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and Paihia Wharf. Spectacular sea views from 21 Waterfront and Sea view one-bedroom suites.
Waterfront Suites have en-suite bathrooms. Waterfront and Sea view suites have two TV's, under floor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Studio and Garden One bedroom suites are peacefully nestled adjacent the native bush. Suites are serviced daily.
All our suites have Sky Guest Select 50+, Flat Screen TV's, air-conditioning/heat pumps, cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, hairdryers, electric blankets and heated towel rail.

We used the I-site in Paihia to book accommodation and a fishing trip and the service we received was excellent. The guy who assisted us was very helpful in showing us options and helping us to choose the best for us.

We had a wonderful stay! the room was impeccable and you can tell that ken and lyn really enjoy answering any questions and care about their motel! the room was right across from the water making the view incredible! we have already recommended breakwater motel to our friends!.

I would recommend breakwater motel to all. Very friendly and accommodating manager. The rooms are beautiful and clean,very modern and spacious. Location is central and right on the waterfront. We would definitely stay again and can recommend breakwater to all.
