We have three modern, luxury self-contained studio units with kitchenettes. Each room has either king, twin or queen beds, feather/down mattress toppers and duvets for your comfort and tiled en suite bathrooms with under-tile heating and heated towel rails. All rooms have individually controlled electric heating.
Our fourth room is a suite within our home with en suite bathroom, bedroom and separate sitting room This room can take an extra person on a rollaway bed if required.
We are tucked away in a quiet street, away from traffic noise, but conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Te Anau town centre where there is an excellent range of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Closeby are the lake front, golf course and the famous Keppler Track

Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Very nice B&B in a residential cul-de-sac. The breakfast was quite good, rooms clean and well furnished. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. Only mild complaint -- the hot tub was tepid, not warm enough to be enjoyable. We would certainly stay here again, except that it was a bit pricey for the area.
