Birdsong Cottage:
A lovely warm and comfortable cottage that will sleep 5 persons.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen size bed and 1 room with single bed , open plan living/dinning /kitchen area and a warm spacious bathroom with heated floor.
Heaps of parking and only 5 minutes walk to the local shop and 10 minutes walk to Lake Rotoiti were there are many short walks for folk to enjoy.
This cottage is well set up with full cooking facilities such as full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dish drawer.
Electric Jug and Toaster are supplied along with all pots/pans, crockery and cutlery.
A washing machine and drier are also provided.
A very efficient log burner for those cold nights with wood supplied.
All pillows, duvets/blankets are provided.
You provide all your own linen(sheets, pillow slips, towels).
Linen hire available on request when booking.
You are expected to clean the cottage the morning of your departure.
Cleaning equipment/materials all provided.
Cleaning service available on request when booking. $80.00.
There are Electric Blankets on the beds, Freeview TV, DVD/CD Player.
Tariff per night for the first 4 persons is $110.00.
Extra Person Adult $20.00 per night.
Children: Baby to 2 years $8.00.
Children: 2 years to 12 years $15.00.
One night stays available (but not during holidays or long weekends)
at an extra cost of $20.00.
This is a non smoking cottage and pets are not permitted.
A deposit of $110.00 will be required with remaining payment required in CASH when you stay. ATM Machine available at the local shop but will not accept Credit Cards.
Deposit Payment Options: Cheque, Internet Banking or for a Secure Credit Card Deposit we use ?Bookit ?
Cancellations: If you cancel your booking 7 days before your arrival you will get 80% refund of your deposit but only if we can rebook those days.
If we cannot rebook the cottage there will be no refund.
Cancel less than 7 days and there will be no refund.
