Room spacious, well appointed, staff helpful and friendly. Main concern was people yakking in the car park at all hours: probably to be expected being adjacent to airport.

It was lovely to walk into the unit and it looked just like on the web-site (not many actually do). The rooms were all large and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was large and spacious with a great shower. The owners were a lovely couple giving advice as to where to eat nearby. Drop-offs and pick-ups from the airport were easily arranged and no problem to them plus being able to leave the car in the hotel grounds was wonderful. Will most certainly stay again.

Using Bookit made checkin and Checkout suberb
Hotel staff where friendly and very helpful - I enojy the location of this hotel as it is under 5 minutes to the airport - 10 minutes to Onehunga or Manukau, 20 minutes to Auckland CBD. Room was clean and quite, good secure parking - soft-firm bed, soft and firm pillows (3x3), ventilation requires windows open. WiFi was good (200megs). Next trip I will return as the value for dollar is great.
