Great view, comfortable room, but would be good to have ipod dock, also parking info would have been helpful as no parking available at hotel.

Absolutely hated the one night we stayed here. Booked for three and left after one. Staff indifferent. Room small, no air conditioning. On 12th floor facing street, consent noise from the nearby pubs and clubs. Tiny tv, one bedside light, very small 'double' bed, hard pillows. Room small and dated, chipped paint, shabby kitchen. The only good thing about this place is it's location to public transport. Probably the most indifferent and unpleasant place i've stayed in. .

We found our stay wonderful. Excellent views and very quiet could be due to being 24 stories up. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some attention to cleaning of corner/edges.
