Comfortable Stay
Comfortable bed in nice room and lovely bathroom. Care had to be taken when getting out of bed, with low ceiling. Excellent breakfast

It is not possible to fault this B & B which is an oasis of calm despite its convenient proximity to Auckland City. The quality of service was impeccable and did exceed our high expectations. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home even though we had arrived early. The room was spacious, comfortable, stylish and well-equipped with a high end en-suite which included a superb shower. The shared guests' living room was also spacious and welcoming - a lovely environment to relax after our days out and to chat with other couples. Breakfast was a banquet and set us up for the day. Home made jams, croissants and full English fare was hard to refuse.
