Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:We booked 1 night during easter( 4 april 2015), received a call from doreen/lady owner asking us if we wanted to stay extra nights, but declined. As we booked the queen room, were very surprised when shown to the twin single bed room. When challenged, her reply was that as we were staying only 1 night she had put us in this room. We had booked months earlier to the queen room. She made an offer to refund our money, however at 4pm easter wkd and a music event on in town, no accommodation available. Also the door to our room would not close or lock, no security for our belongings.

Stayed 3 nights over easter. Comfortable accommodation, friendly host, nice spot near the beach. Recommended.

Stayed here over labour weekend. Excellent room and comfortable facilities, with a great breakfast. The location is very peaceful and quiet, there's minimal traffic and rail noise here. Doreen is an excellent host. I would definitely stay again next time i'm in tauranga. .

Excellent! We was happy to have a rest in this lovely place! Breakfast was perfect, very delicious! Host Doreen is very interesting and helpful person! Nice view on Mount Maunganui.
