Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:We were absolutely blown away with the accommodation and service. We had a spa studio room upstairs and it was so roomy and well planned. The view could not be better. Very comfortable and easy and the breakfast was well presented and tasty. Highly recommended and will definitely go back.

We booked, confirmed and paid for 2 nights' stay at admirality lodge only to find, upon our arrival, that our room has been given to someone else. The guy at the reception attempted to put us into another motel with lower rating and without all the bells and whistles (e.g. Spa) without any compensation. According to him, he never received a booking notification from travelbug - not really our problem. We ended up going down the road to the beachfront resort, which turned out to be a wonderful place to stay and where the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Interesting thing to note is that admirality lodge has been under new management since feb 2012 and they haven't had any feedback since then. I would not recommend this place as you may find yourself in whitianga with no accomodation.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it lived up to our expectations. This is a very nice place to stay, and would be hard to find any faults.
