Queenstown House, a Boutique Bed and Breakfast is really like a small European hotel. The sought after location overlooking Queenstown Bay is on the fringe of the CBD, close enough to the action but the quiet location and sensational views are a bonus.
The vibrant town centre is a short 200 metre walk or a leisurely 500 metre stroll enjoying the Queenstown gardens. Well established since 1982 with annual refurbishments, modern ensuite bathrooms with NZ toiletries, hairdryer and fluffy bathrobes.
Each room is individually decorated may feature antique furniture or contemporary NZ Art. The beds & pillow selection are of a very high comfort standard. Rooms feature magnificent views or open onto outdoor patios to enjoy the well maintained garden.
Luxurious fully self-contained suites with balconies and fireplaces for those wanting more space and privacy, or charming Main House hotel guest rooms. Accommodating up to 30 guests.
The knowledgeable hosts ensure guests spend their time as relaxed or energetically as they wish.
A delicious breakfast menu is included in the lake view dining room daily.
Every evening guests are invited to a pre dinner get together to sample NZ wine, cheeses and seasonal treats, exchange travel experiences and share restaurant recommendations.

We were down in Central Otago this past weekend visiting family and stayed with Louise on the Sunday night, she certainly is a great host and i would recommend a stay there to anyone, the beds are divine. Would have liked to stay longer - a short break is never long enough!.
