We welcome visitors to our home in sunny Ohope, in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Ohope is approximately 7km from Whakatane on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Activities to enjoy include Fishing, Swimming, Surfing, Walks, White Island Volcanic Tours (bookings can be made for you), Mini Golf, just to name a few.

There are two Golf Courses handy....Ohope International Golf club and Whakatane Golf Club. Opotiki, Te Teko and Kawerau also have golf courses.

Lovely Cafes and Restaurants are close by in Ohope along with great Art/Florist shops.

Whakatane has more Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and shopping. Close by are Lakes for Trout Fishing and Waterskiing.

Seaview is in a gated Estate. We have a guest lounge with Tea/coffee facilities, Microwave, TV/Video, BBQ. Guests share a bathroom plus an extra toilet is available upstairs.

Breakfast is served upstairs with the view of the sea and White Island, depending on the weather.

Complimentary port and chocolates.

Children's playground is just metres though the Reserve which Waterford Estate borders.
