Waihi Beach Lodge is an idyllic spot to chill out between Rugby World Cup games as the central location means you can see so much more of the North Island hotspots like Rotorua, the Coromandel and Waitomo Caves while using Waihi Beach Lodge as a base. Also view the gold mining history of Waihi and Karangahake or you could do one of the many walks either in the Karangahake Gorge or around the beach.

Evening meals are covered with 5 great cafes at Waihi Beach along with an RSA, a boating club and the local pub where you will be made most welcome.
