Built and opened in 2009, boutique accommodation, finished to a high standard, affordably priced with genuine Kiwi hospitality at its best, happy atmosphere in peaceful surroundings with an abundance of comfort, a haven for guests to rest up.
Three spacious Studio rooms with ensuites and kitchenettes. Each studio sleeps 3 persons (Queen and king single beds), if 3 single persons additional bed is made up. Lounge chairs and stools, table & chairs, TV and DVD, Wi-Fi, laundry and private decking for relaxation.
The Self contained Apartment is a fully equipped home away from home, Kitchen, Lounge/dinning/bedroom (7500x6400) Two Queen and two king single beds. Bathroom/laundry,outdoor decking/furniture
Breakfast option: Cafe accross the road (closed Mondays) bring your own or
Continental breakfast - additional $12 per person: No smoking inside please. The garden newly planted.
Self Contained Apartment - home away from home - sleeps 2 to 4 persons. To sleep 7 persons - book the Apartment and Tiffen Studio (two bathrooms)interconnecting door (sound proof wall)
Within 3 minute walk from complex: Café's, New World Supermarket, lots of takeaways, Chemist, Hairdresser, Chinese Restaurant, Anderson Park. 1 to 4kms from complex: Park Island Sporting Complex, Golf courses, EIT, Pettigrew Green Arena, Mission & Church Road Winery, Old Church Restaurant, Filter Room, Brookfield's Vineyard etc. By car 7kms/10min to Napier City Centre and 10km/15min to Hastings.
Of road parking, car cleaning equipment, if you bring your own bike it can be locked in the bike shed.
Bike About Tours on site: Day bike hire - 1 to 7 days or more Cycle Holiday Adventure - Cycle trails are within a 19kms radius from Greenmeadows on Gloucester, different areas each day coach collection and drop off.

Fabulous little studio. Worked well for two adults but unit did have room for a third. Bed was excellent (and i have a bad back). Nice little extra touches. Great friendly host. Would be my first choice place to stay again. .
